While striving to create a new, elevated experience within American Spirits, Deliako was born as an appreciation and admiration of the lush Appalachian Mountains and the surrounding region. After four years of researching, exploring, and tasting the flora and fauna of Appalachia, a distinct spirit has been crafted that pays homage to America and its native bounty.
The star ingredient, Pawpaw, is the largest native fruit of the United States and provides Deliako’s freshness with a lightly sweet, fruity base. Native botanicals foraged from the Appalachians were delicately infused to round out the taste, crafting a complex flavor profile perfect to enjoy on its own or for seamlessly complimenting almost any accompanying liquor or ingredient.
